This ended up being a show that we played all on our own, as the band we were supposed to play with got "lost in Pennsylvania". How you get lost in Pennyslvania on the way from New York to DC is beyond us. The directions from New York to DC are like, "Get on I-95, go straight for four hours. You'll know DC when you see it. Tip: it's not Baltimore, and it's certainly not Pennsylvania."

But it all worked out. We got the place all to ourselves, which was fine with us. Apologies to the people who came out for playing so loud. We can't help it. We swear to you that we try really hard to play quieter, but then we always lose control and just start bashing away. Why did God make rocking out feel so good? Is is a sin? Must be. We're totally going to hell.

Anyway, it just means you'll have to make sure you come see us the next time we play through a really good sound system. Might be nice for you to hear Nicole every now and then.
